Important TB Notice If you have lived outside of the United States or Canada for six (6) months or more, within the last five (5) years, you are REQUIRED by Utah State Law to receive a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test. You can have this test (which requires three (3) days for completion) preformed at any County Health Department. If you have had a TB test (Mantous) performed in the United States or Canada since your arrival in the United States or Canada you can fax this information to the College at 801-524-1900 or mail to the College at Admissions, LDS Business College, 95 North 300 West, Salt Lake City UT 84101. This information must include the full name, date of birth and millimeters of induration. The cost of the test at Salt Lake County Health Departments is $11and Utah County Health Departments is $14.
