If you do not know the full name, click on the icon (Address Book) to the right of the Name box. Find the name and then type it into the Name box and select it by clicking on the small box to the left of the name. If you want to see your calendar next to the tutors, make sure your name is listed and selected. Select “OK”. (If you get an error box that says that access is denied, it means the tutor has not included you on his “Proxy Access” list. Contact the tutor to add your name.)

13 – In the “Subject” box type in the class for which you need tutoring. Make sure the date, time and duration are correct. Do not go over 1 hour. Type your First and Last Name in the message box along with your Student ID number and your telephone number. If you have no telephone number, include your e-mail address. Briefly state why you need a tutor. Click “Post” and the appointment will appear on the Tutor’s Calendar.
