The Scholarship Advantage
At LDS Business College, we believe everyone deserves access to a quality education. That’s why we offer qualifying students a multitude of scholarships and awards, ranging from $300 to $3,000+ per academic year, to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
To embrace and support each individual’s unique talents and circumstances, the College provides a variety of scholarship funds for students. Returned Missionary—LeGrand Richards Service Scholarship
For returned missionaries who completed an honorable mission.
Freshman Scholarship
For incoming Freshmen without previous college experience who have taken and submitted the ACT or SAT. International students may apply.
Need-Based Scholarship
For students in their third semester (or second if no LDSBC scholarship has been previously received) who experience an unexpected change in their financial situation.
Evening Scholarship
For full-time students who enroll only in evening classes (classes beginning at 4 p.m. or later).
Hinckley Scholarship
For continuing students with at least 30 credits prior to the scholarship deadline and at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA. Based competitively on college scholastic record and a written essay.
Sophomore Scholarship
For continuing students with at least 28 credits prior to the semester in which they are applying and at least a 3.6 GPA. Based competitively on college scholastic record.
Stella Harris Oaks Horizon of Hope for Single Parents
For students who are single parents with a dependent child in the home.
Pathway Scholarship
For students who complete the Pathway Program in the United States with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Self-Reliance Services (SRS) Scholarship
Complete any of the four self-reliance courses and become eligible for a new scholarship at LDS Business College.
Scholarship Thank You Letter
Scholarship funds most often come from hard working families and individuals. We invite you to submit a thank you letter and communicate to your donor how their sacrifices will make a difference in your life.
